For car rental hand-off either at our rental hub or at your chosen delivery location, you have to show ID and booking details, inspect the car for damage, and receive the keys. Upon return, the car is inspected by our rental officer, and you return the keys. The rental officer will record the car condition, fuel level from before and after rental.
