Reservation

Firstly, you’ll need to start by making a reservation via Website or WhatsApp by completing the rental application form. You will need to input the rental date & time, ideal pick-up location and the vehicle you want to use.

Approval

Our reservation member will review and confirm vehicle’s availability and quote you the exact price and let you know the rental terms and condition. We’ll need to verify your eligibility by submitting required documents.

Confirmation

After approval, you may proceed with payment of booking with our various payment options. Upon receiving the booking deposit, we will provide you with a confirmation receipt and rental agreement that you will have to acknowledge and sign.

Pick-up Vehicle

You’ll be able to pick up the vehicle by presenting your booking confirmation and rental documentations which you submitted during reservation. A member of Drivor Car Rental will then do inspection of the rental vehicle together with you before hand over the key.

You may rent a normal car in Johor Bahru if you are over 21. However, the minimum age required to rent a luxury car is 25 years old. See more terms and condition.

When you rent a luxury car with Drivor, you’ll get the the basic third party liability insurance. For more comprehensive coverage, you can include additional insurance Liability Reduction Option to reduce the excess.

Luxury car rental in Johor, Malaysia from DRIVOR comes with standard mileage limit of 500km per day (310 miles), and excess mileage of 1 km is calculated depending on the selected car. If you want unlimited mileage, kindly request with the reservation team.

The rental will include the basic insurance, limited mileage, free pick-up and drop, 24×7 support and roadside assistance. Fuel expense is not included in the car rental cost. We will provide a full tank of fuel upon renting the car and you have to return the car at the same level. Other than this if you need a driver, child booster seats, upgraded insurance or unlimited mileage. All comes with additional charges.
